2016 Weißburgunder Kabinett trocken, Baden, Germany

Fairly cool, slightly yeasty nose, vegetal notes, citrus fruit, partly green apples, light mineral traces. Straightforward tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, yeasty and mineral notes, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, some substance and persistence, nutty and vegetal notes, some bite on a good finish.
