2016 Merdingen Bühl Pinot Gris trocken, Baden, Germany

Delicate yeasty notes on the nose, light vegetal and nutty notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of mushrooms, earthy notes and delicate mineral traces. Clear, tart, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, full-bodied and creamy, some depth, hint of tobacco, earthy and salty mineral notes, still young, dried vegetal traces, very good firm, tart, juicy, nutty finish.
