2016 Grauburgunder Kabinett trocken, Baden, Germany

Tart nose, vegetal, nutty and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and dried floral aromas, light herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, good persistence, tart style, full-bodied for a Kabinett, some grip, mineral notes, good to very good tart finish.
