Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit, hint of dried mushrooms and butter. Straightforward, delicately sweetish citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite, a hint of red berries and nut butter, lively, almost present acidity, has some grip and a certain persistence, hints of bacon and spring onions, salty tones, good to very good finish.
