Cool, delicate vegetal to herbaceous peach and citrus nose with yeasty and mineral nuances. Taut, restrained sweet, cool fruit, present acidity, vegetal to herbaceous notes and a hint of smoke, grippy on the palate, certain persistence, tart mineral tones, good to very good finish with plenty of acid bite.
