2015 Eisacktal / Val d'Isarco DOC Grüner Veltliner, Alto Adige, Italy

Dried flowers and a delicate hint of smoked bacon on a warm nose, mature yellow pomaceous fruit, dried lemons, ripe peaches, some mango and pineapple, green vegetal traces. Both cool and warm on the palate, earthy notes, salty, nutty notes, some white pepper, noticeable bacon, some milk coffee, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, fairly firm structure, good to very good finish.
