Cool, fairly restrained nose, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, light nutty aromas, citrus fruit, hint of white and red berries, whiff of thyme, delicate floral traces. Fairly firm, tart, but also delicately sweet fruit on the palate, hint of acacia honey, very light spicy oak, very elegant, lively acidity, concentrated and persistent, light grip, clear contours, hint of mixed berries and salty traces on a good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
