Translate to English Relativ kühler, ein wenig mandeliger und vegetabiler bis kräuteriger Duft nach teils kandierten gelben Früchten mit zart floralen Aromen. Geradlinige, eher herbe Frucht mit zart süßlichem Schmelz, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, etwas mürber Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Kandis und gelbe Würze, nussig-holzige Spuren, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher bis guter, leicht kräuteriger Abgang.
