Cool yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, prominent nutty notes, moderate oak, prominent pomaceous fruit, earthy and mineral notes, peppery traces. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light oak, prominent nutty notes, elegant, lively acidity, persistent, surprisingliy full-bodied and substantial considering the low level of alcohol, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, delicate yeasty notes, creamy on a very good finish. Very well made.
