Cool, fairly polished nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicateyeasty traces, citrus and pomaceous fruit, earthy and miral traces. Sweetish fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and nutty aromas, salty traces in the background, some bite and grip, fairly persistent, light exotic touch, hint of green berriesm good sweetish finish.
