Slightly muted nose, promint vegetal and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, nutty traces, hint of elderflower. Slightly muted again on the palate, restrained, slightly juicy fruit, fresh vegetal aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, light tannic touch, floral traces, earthy notes in the background, yeasty traces, some substance, good finish.
