2015 Cabernet Blanc Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Nutty nose, light green vegetal notes, yellow fruit, smoky traces, yeasty notes, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, polished, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, green vegetal notes with a hint of bell peppers, light smoky oak, persistent, still yeasty, mineral notes in the background, very delicate floral notes, still very young, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, elegant vegetal and roasted nutty notes on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
