Somewhat smoky, bacon-like scent of black berries and pickled paprika with dried herbal aromas, rather dark, sooty, roasted wood notes and pepper as well as mineral tones. Ripe, firm, juicy dark fruit, smoky, dried-herbal and again peppery tones, partly pickled, partly grilled paprika on the palate, has warmth and sweetish melt, ripe, fine tannin, a little bit of bitter chocolate, very good finish with tart, slightly sooty wood spice and ripe, juicy, also a trace of compote fruit
