Cool, polished, quite deep citrus-peach nose with very fine herbal-plant aromas, floral traces, a bit of root vegetables, and clay-earthy mineral tones. Clear, juicy, slightly sweet fruit, very fine, lively, polished acidity, yeasty nuances, fresh herbs on the palate, a hint of dark berries, sustainable, still undeveloped, tobacco traces, very good, firm, sweet-juicy finish with a bit of smoke, minerality, and again blackberry hints.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2031+. What our ratings mean
