Cool, herbal-plant and delicately yeasty peach-citrus nose with floral and still hinted smoky-reductive notes. Clear, cool, finely juicy fruit with delicate sweetness and fresh, rather bitter herbal aromas, yeasty nuances on the palate, very fine, lively acidity, herbal hints, somewhat clay-like mineral quality, persistent, still completely undeveloped, lime tones, very good, quite firm finish.
