Clear, cool, still slightly reductive bouquet with yellow fruity as well as restrained herbal and floral aromas. Slender, straight, fine, not quite dry fruit, yeasty and tart herbal-floral tones, hints of dark spice, moderate tannin, quite lively acidity, animating, good to very good finish.
