Tart, relatively cool, somewhat herbal aroma with rather bright yellow fruity aromas, smoke, lardo, mint, tangerine peel and mineral tones. Tight, juicy, not completely dry fruit with fennel notes, some anise and herbs, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, smoky notes and minerality, a little dark spice in the background, clear, salty minerality, very good, tight finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
