Quite firm and deep, somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and slightly mushroomy citrus and stone fruit scent with a hint of pears and red berries. Clear, firm, delicately sweet citrus fruit with still yeasty traces, red currant and mint on the palate, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, good substance and persistence, salty minerality, some depth, very good to long finish with bite. May still mature a little.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
