Firm, herbal and fennel-like aroma of ripe citrus fruits with peaches and apricots, also apricot skin, dark berries, some smoke, herbal to tobacco nuances, porcini mushrooms and minerality. Firmly knit, tangy, relatively cool fruit, herbal, somewhat yeasty and again hints of tobacco, slightly floral and blackberry in the background, lively acidity, some grip, good persistence, restrained yellow spice, distinct minerality, fine bitter tones, very good, tart, firm finish with present acidity and grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
