Cool, somewhat planty to herbal, nutty and hints of mushroom on the nose with pome and stone fruit notes, a hint of fennel and sesame. Clear, juicy, sweet fruit with slight fermentation tones, lively, yet fine acidity, delicate tannin grip, lime zest and dark berries in the background, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with bite.
