Clear, absolutely pure, highly complex, racy and fine bouquet of peaches and apricots, citrus fruits, ripe apples, herbs and blossom honey with clear mineral notes. Also crystal clear and very fine in the mouth, with immensely animating fruit, perfectly balancing acidity and gripping minerality, very elegant, slender looking yet firm and taut, with great substance and depth, compelling on the palate, herbal spice in the background, youthful, very long. Must mature
