Tart, herbal and somewhat nutty aroma with restrained yellow fruity notes and a hint of wild mushrooms. Tart fruit with nutty, smoky and vegetal notes, very delicately bacony on the palate, some warmth, relatively lively acidity and fine sandy tannin, thereby very slightly muted, good, tart finish.
