Yeasty and delicately nutty pome fruit scent with citrus traces and smoky hints. Quite polished, rather bright fruit, smoky, nutty and yeasty tones, moderate, quite fine mousseux, certain persistence, a hint of dosage sweetness, red berry traces in the background, a little salt, good to very good finish.
