Cool, rather firm, herbal and herbal-vegetable, delicately yeasty fragrance with fine yellow-fruity aromas, hinted black berries, fresh cucumbers and floral nuances. Clear, finely juicy, polished fruit, fine vegetable spice, again a little dark berries on the palate, very fine acidity, persistent, certain melting, a hint of fresh, pungent vegetable oil, in the background harsh mineral tones, certain depth, excellent balance, very good, firm finish with quite noble juice, grinding and fine spice. Very skilful
