Firm, delicately yeasty and finely vegetal and herbaceous citrus stone fruit scent with a little vegetable oil and mushroom and speck nuances. Ripe, juicy fruit with a little yeasty and nutty spice, a hint of candy and almost woody traces, fine, ripe acidity, some grip, lasting, handy and slightly peppery-spicy, chalky and stony minerality, in the background also a little black berries, some depth, has power, still young, very good, quite tight finish with sweet candy notes and essential herbs
