Firm nose, citrus and stone fruit, light herbaceous and floral aromas, some sugar candy, earthy and mineral notes, hint of dark berries. Slightly juicy fruit on the palate, light yeasty notes, hint of bacon, herbaceous aromas, chalky mineral notes, some yellow spice and sugar candy, flinty traces, noticeable salty notes, lively acidity, moderate tannic grip, hint of dark berries, very light herbaceous notes and a touch of tobacco on a good to very good, delicately sweetish finish.
