Yeasty and vegetal notes on the nose, light floral notes, partly dried and candied yellow fruit, hint of peanuts, touch of yellow spice, some root vegetables, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, candied, partly dried sweet fruit on the palate, prominent nutty and light yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, fairly lively acidity, integrated tannins, some exotic notes, yellow spice, not particularly deep, full-bodied and creamy, thus underlining the sweet touch, hint of fresh root vegetables and cabbage in the background, light salty notes, slightly fuzzy contours on a good to very good finish.
