Clearly plant-like to herbal, slightly smoky and still hinted yeasty citrus aroma with a touch of apple and peach, some citrus zest and floral traces. Cool, bright, juicy fruit with prominent acidity, a bit of yeast and grip, fresh plant notes on the palate, a hint of carbonation, chalky and slightly salty tones in the background, quite good sustainability, a touch of black berries, good to very good, delicately minty finish with bite.
