Red berry and slightly vegetal nose with floral and hints of meaty and mushroomy nuances. Tight, lean fruit with present acidity and delicate sweetness, slightly nutty, vegetal and floral tones, still a trace of yeast, some grip, some persistence, salt in the background, good to very good finish with plenty of bite.
