Festering, slightly smoky and distinctly fine-vegetable citrus aroma with core fruit notes, spring onions, a bit of herbs, bright wood accents, and floral as well as mineral notes. Clear, bitter-juicy, firmly structured fruit, smoky, salty, and slightly yeasty notes, distinctly fresh-vegetable aromas and again spring onions, still completely undeveloped, present acidity, touch of crumbly tannins, in the background chalk and salt, smoky wood accents, good depth, fatty and fungal nuances, very good, quite firm, bitter finish. Still quite inaccessible.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
