2021 Grauburgunder trocken "Kalkmergel", Pfalz, Germany

Firm, nutty and a little tobacco aroma with restrained yellow fruity and vegetal aromas, a little smoke and clearly mushroomy aromas. Clear, juicy, youthful fruit, nutty, somewhat vegetal and again mushroomy tones, fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, red berry nuances in the background, smoky traces, a little herbal, mineral tones, still undeveloped, has substance, very good, firm finish with grip.
