Translate to English Fester und tiefer, konzentrierter, fleischiger und verhalten rauchig-röstiger Duft nach mehr schwarzen als roten Beeren und etwas Kirschen mit ledrigen, floralen und tabakigen Noten sowie einem Hauch Kaffee und Steinpilzen. Fest gewirkte, ziemlich saftige, dabei herbe Frucht, präsente, reife, feinsandige Tannine und animierender Biss, dicht, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, kreidig-salzige Mineralik, etwas Tabak und Rauch im Hintergrund, angedeutet schwarze Oliven, Sardellen und mediterrane Kräuter, sehr guter, fester und dichter Abgang, der mit Luft immer saftiger, aber auch komplexer wird. Braucht Zeit.
