Tight, tart, undeveloped, almost cool fruit, some acidity and fine sandy tannin, slightly smoky on the palate, a hint of bacon and Mediterranean herbs, clearly salt, a hint of citrus zest and lemon pepper, good depth, lots of chalky and somewhat salty minerality, fine, cooling ethereal spice, very good to long, tart, firm, still slightly sandy finish.
