2019 Riesling "Laisser-Faire", Pfalz, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat ethereal-herbal, almondy and hints of bacon aroma of partly preserved yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of aubergine and fennel. Clear, juicy, sweetish fruit with noticeable acidity, a hint of black berries and mint, moderate tannin, good persistence, lots of chalky minerality, some depth, delicate melting, a hint of anise, very good, juicy finish with bite and pull.
