2016 Pinot Noir trocken "Sankt Paul", Pfalz, Germany

Quite deep and complex, very slightly cedary and dried-meaty aroma of red and a little black berries with floral and mushroom nuances. Quite juicy, ripe, tart fruit and nutty aromas, crumbly tannin, very fine acidity, some warmth and melting, a touch of candy in the background, bacony nuances, some mushrooms and umami, some depth, smoky traces, persistent, has power, tart spicy tones and smoke, very good, firm finish with tart juice and again smoky and spicy wood flavours
