A somewhat developed, quite austere scent of black and red berries with a hint of cherries, dried herbal to slightly herbal nuances with a touch of pencil and ivy. Again, very austere, rather cool, relatively dark fruit, a certain acidic bite, fine tannins, good sustainability, slightly bitter herbal to herbal notes, sooty traces, sustainable, chalky and slightly salty minerality, smoky traces, certain depth, very good, firm, austere finish.

Editor note: Fairly tart nose, still rather closed, restrained vegetal notes, red and a few black berries, some oak and tobacco, dried musrooms, bacon and earthy notes. Ripe, tart, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, tart vegetal and earthy aromas, toasted oak, lively, elegant acidity, fairly well integrated, sandy, slightly astringent tannins, noticeable salty notes in the background, touch of soup greens, very good substance and persistence, hint of tobacco, very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, etwas getrocknet-vegetabiler und nussig-holziger Duft nach schwarzen und ein wenig roten Beeren mit tabakigen Nuancen, Pilzen und ein wenig Suppenkräutern. Reife, saftige, gewürzig-holzige Frucht im Mund, röstige bis leicht rußige Aromen, etwas Säurebiss und ein wenig antrocknendes Tannin, fleischige Noten, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, viel Kraft, mineralische Anklänge, wieder auch Suppenkräuter, sehr guter, etwas salziger, aber auch noch ein wenig holzig-spröder Abgang.
