Somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and hints of bacon aroma of mixed berries and a little cherry with delicate floral hints. Relatively lean fruit with smoky and nutty wood tones, some sandy tannin, quite good persistence, roasted almonds in the background, a hint of pepper in the good finish.
