Cool, polished and quite fine, light pomaceous fruit nose with citrus traces and restrained nutty notes. Clear, finely juicy, cool, bright and polished fruit, light nutty tones, slightly chalky-salty nuances, a hint of vegetal in the background, good persistence, elegant style, good to very good finish.
