Clear, polished, nutty and a hint of bacon flavour with fine pome fruit aromas and delicate vegetal, mushroomy and smoky nuances. Rather cool, finely juicy, again polished fruit, lively, fine acidity and delicate grip, fresh vegetal and hints of floral notes, good persistence, bone-dry style, certain minerality, hints of smoke, very good finish with bite and again rather cool juice.
