Very slightly developed, smoky nose of red and black berries with mushroomy and meaty to bacony nuances, some woody spice and dried floral tones. Ripe, quite juicy, partly preserved fruit, smoky and nutty wood spice, some acid bite, crumbly-sandy tannins, persistent on the palate, quite clear strawberry and raspberry flavours, salt in the background, medium strength, very good, juicy and spicy finish.
