Firm, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and vegetal to dried-herbal and also slightly tobacco-like aroma of yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of capers, artichokes and lardo. Ripe, firm citrus fruit with slightly nutty and smoky wood notes, a hint of redcurrants and butter, lively, yet fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, salty minerality, a hint of mussel shells, despite all the power also has cool elements, very good finish with grip and tension.
