Nutty and a hint of tobacco on the nose, pomaceous fruit and yellow fruit aromas, a hint of smoke, restrained barrel notes and floral nuances. Clear, polished, cool, tart fruit, lively acidity, some nutty and tobacco wood notes, delicate grip, good persistence, slightly lemony tones, salty-mineral in the background, quite firm, very good finish.
