Nutty and slightly smoky nose with notes of pomaceous fruit, some root vegetables and a hint of cabbage as well as tobacco, earthy and almost a little peppery notes. Very slightly developed fruit with slightly cabbagey vegetal, nutty and delicately smoky tones, crumbly tannin, fine acidity, good persistence, hints of sweetish melting, chalky and salty notes in the background, a hint of tobacco, becomes significantly juicier with air and also gains depth, very good, albeit very slightly muted finish with delicate bitterness.
