Very slightly developed, clear, quite fine, predominantly red berry nose with nutty, restrained dried floral notes and a hint of tobacco, green beans as well as moderate barrel notes, bacon and mineral hints. Quite juicy, again predominantly red fruit with a little smoke and nutty wood tones, quite fine, rather youthful, a hint of drying tannin, delicate acid bite, good substance and persistence, salt in the background, a hint of roasting, very good, juicy, spicy and grippy finish, again with a little bite.
