2018 Extra Brut "Pinot & Chardonnay", Baden, Germany

Relatively firm, somewhat nutty and smoky nose with pomaceous fruit aromas, a hint of citrus fruit and dried vegetal and yeasty notes. Tart fruit, again with yeasty, nutty and smoky flavours, quite fine mousseux, some tannic grip, a hint of dark berries, good persistence, lemony nuances, very slightly drying on a good to very good finish.
