2001 Oberrotweil Eichberg Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Elegant spicy nose, slightly nutty aromas of apple and melon, with citrus notes. Bone dry fruit with lively acidity, slightly spicy, quite powerful, mineral notes on the palate, cool style, piquant, good presence and length. Give it time to mature, may well still improve.
