1999 Oberrotweil Eichberg Spätburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Very light salmon pink colour. Fresh nose with aromas of peaches and red berries. Spicy fruit, lactic note, very well integrated, ripe acidity, fairly full body, fairly rich style, persistent on the palate, attractive Burgundian aromas, very good balance, good length. Enjoy with grilled tuna, salmon and vegetables.
