Firm, polished nose, partly candied pomaceous and stone fruit, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of bees wax, touch of yellow spice. Partly candied, juicy, very sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, some more light yellow spice, elegant acidity, peppery traces in the background, persistent, light grip, some depth, candied fruit and more yellow spice on a very good sweet finish.
