2005 Kremstal Grüner Veltliner trocken Erlesenes, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Apples and pears on the nose, delicately tart vegetal notes, light mienral traces. Creamy fruit in the mouth, more slightly tart, bitter notes, moderate acidity, spicy mienral notes in the bakcground, full-bodied, good persistence, light tannic touch, good finish.

Editor note: Mineral and vegetal notes on the nose, some restrained pomaceous fruit and a little pepper. Very clean and straightforward style, elegant juicy fruit, herbaceous and with peppery spice, elegant acidity, some mineral notes on the palate, vegetal notes, fairly creamy, light sandy tannins in the background, well balanced, some rough tannins on an otherwise attractive to good finish.
