Slightly muted, vegetal nose reminiscent of mustard pickles with yellow fruity aromas, cardamom, chanterelles and smoke. Partly preserved, somewhat sweetish fruit with vegetal to herbal notes and lots of yellow spice, mustard pickles again on the palate, lively acidity, some grip, fennel and a hint of aniseed, salty and chalky tones, a hint of pineapple, candied citrus fruits and cinnamon, very good, sweetish-juicy finish with grip, bite, smoke and yellow spice again.
